I wandered lost, with weary soul,

Amid the dark, a light broke through,

And there — a bridge, of glowing white,

A path across the stream of fears,

That even here, in shadowed lands,
I’m held within Your sovereign hands.
The water flowed — Your Spirit’s breath,
A stream of life that conquers death.
I drink, I kneel, I start to rise,
And walk the bridge to paradise.
